Night Vision Scope HikMicro Alpex 4K A50EL LRF
This HikMicro Alpex 4K A50EL LRF night vision scope provides crystal clear images. Those images are the result of the Ultra-HD CMOS sensor, which boasts an impressive resolution of 3840x2160p. That sensor combined with the 50 mm objective that has an excellent light transmission, makes for an excellent optic to put onto your rifle. The night vision scope has a tube diameter of 30 mm, so you can easily use mounting rings to attach it to your scope rail.
Those crisp images are presented on the 1920x1080 OLED-display and they have a frame refresh rate of 50 Hz, resulting in a nice and smooth image. This HikMicro Alpex 4K A50EL LRF night vision scope has a decent eye relief of 55 mm and it features a reticle. You can choose between ten different types of reticles, which are available in eight different colours. Those colours provide full control over the contrast between the reticle and the background, so you can choose the most visible one.
The Alpex 4K A50EL LRF night vision scope by HikMicro has a standard magnification of 3.5x. You can use digital magnification (2x, 4x, 8x) to get to the maximum magnification of 28x. At that magnification, you’re up close and personal with the target. At minimal magnification, the night vision scope has a decent field-of-view of 15.4x8.6 metres at a distance of 100 metres. The PIP-function allows you to keep a good overview while simultaneously benefiting fully from the scope’s (maximum) magnification.
Using the LRF (Laser Rangefinder) that comes standard with this version of the Alpex 4K allows you to accurately measure the distance to the target. The LRF has a maximum detection range of 1000 metres and it has a decent accuracy of roughly one metre. Additionally, the HikMicro Alpex 4K A50EL LRF night vision scope features an internal ballistic calculator, which calculates the point of impact (POI) in just a few seconds. Combining the rangefinding of the LRF with the ballistic calculator ensures you’ll have an accurate predicted POI -displayed clearly on your display- out to a range of 1000 metres maximum.
This night vision scope can be used to take pictures and record videos of whatever it is that you’re observing. There are a few buttons on top of the eyepiece that allow you to easily operate the night vision scope. Additionally, the HikMicro Alpex 4K A50EL LRF night vision scope has a recoil-activated function, which enables it to record a short video whenever it detects recoil. The video will start a few seconds before the detected recoil and keep running until a few seconds afterwards. This means you’ll get a short video with audio of every time you pull the trigger. Everything is stored in the internal memory of 64 GB, but you can also review the footage on your smartphone with the HikMicro Sight app. You can use the app to stream the scope’s footage directly to a second screen, allowing you to comfortably observe with at least two people.
This HikMicro Alpex 4K A50EL LRF night vision scope has an impact-resistant aluminium housing with an IP67 waterproof rating. That rating means the scope is entirely dustproof and it means you can submerge the scope to a depth of one metre for 30 minutes maximum. It’s powered by an 18650 battery with a battery life of eleven hours. You can use it for an even longer amount of time by turning the night vision scope off when you’re not using it. This is especially viable if you consider the power-up time of only three seconds. The 18650 battery is replaceable and you can easily charge it.
